Humphrey Hill Run this Morning

The run up Humphrey Hill took place this morning!!! The tradition that started back in the mid 90's to send a message to a team that needed to race each other in practice, had its 2010-2011 installment completed today. On a cold October morning with the temp slightly above freezing the 1 3/4 mile ascent up the 1000 vertical feet mountain was won by freshman Mike Hartwell in a time of 12:30!!! It is always entertaining to see the curious looks from the passers by who wonder what could be going on!!!

Pitt Summary

Here is the link to our Pitt results. We had many decent swims for where we are at this point but never posed a threat to the Panthers. Highlights would be our 3:28.3 in the 400 Med Relay which is our fastest ever for this early and David Paccapaniccia current sophmore (Pitt transfer) had some solid swims after not competing for over a year and a half.

Rel and 200 Free Relay, the regular 50-100-200-500 &1000 frees, 100's and 200's of strokes and the 200 IM.
