We had a cycle rate practice with the sprinters this morning working on cycle rate maintenance. Many need to learn to swim quieter by increasing the kick but this type of set showed the need for us to do a lot more of this type of work. Hope you enjoy the vid's.

Jrob:
- Ass up head down!
- Core rotation with the hips not shoulders especially when breathing you looked like a floppy Sausage on these cords. Otherwise, I see MAJOR improvement in his technique since first year.
Baker:
- I like the stroke on the cords and the RPM however death comes way to soon on that 75,
- Some anaerobic can get him a good 60 meters if not more before he hits the wall of iron.
David:
- Choppy on the cords needs to control his entry more while maintaining high RPM
- Good maintenance of speed on that 75 and that's what makes him a stand out in 50's 100's etc.
France:
- Looks like a 200 free stroke on the cords
- Not efficient on his stroke rate on 75, looks like a windmill that spins faster than the wind.
- Needs control on the catch and acceleration into the stroke. Once you get that you can bust out 'ride spinners' all you want.
Nate:
- Choppy needs to control that entry
- Work on acceleration into the catch
- RPM is low looks like a 200 stroke
- Awesome technique on that 75 for the first 25, hitting the iron wall way too soon (looks like a 1500)
Roman "Textbook" Margulis - love the input - when we get closer to A10's you can give great advice on how to choke at A10's...
