Jake, you will be able to see the short walls and lack of flexibility in your upperbody on your backstroke. The bobbing needs to be minimized as well, but the easy speed that is available off of the walls needs to be worked on BIG TIME!! Cycle rate is good. Peter, great walls with nice speed via the kick!! I would like to see more emphasis on the kick while on the surface and those 50's could have been turned up a notch in cycle rate!!!

Jake: 5 Fly kicks off the wall -> need to get progressivly faster as he breaks the
water for his first stroke. Needs to rotate his body to avoid that bobbing -> lead
with the hips not with the arms (Backstroke is swam on the side not on the back). Also,
Keep the head streight -> moving the head too much especially off your turns and finish.
Peter: Great walls and stroke, maybe a little acceleration into the catch wouldn't hurt to bring
that stroke rate up.
